ChallengePILLOW has provided a true challenge for us, for we ourselves have been managing the production. Since we're talking large sized, but lightweight products, the price-to-value ratio proved to be competent against far-eastern imports.
We use up nearly 300.000 m2 of material annually to manufacture our pillows. Sowing a field of this size with grain would provide 120 tons of produce which could be turned into 120.000 kgs of bread. Since we aren't making bread, we use all this material to make over 100.000 recreational pillows.
The manufacturing of our garden pillows is in the hands of greatly experienced professionals previously employed as outfitters, who treat their job with care and precision. The softness of our outdoor pillows is mostly provided by foam rubber, which goes through grinding and shaping processes before being fitted into the textile.
In all of the Pillow outdoor pillows, we use a sponge of such density which can even serve its purpose at a 15mm thickness. Nearly 80 tons of foam rubber is manufactured into our products in the run of one season. (This amount yields a weight equal to about 50 sedans.)
We treat our waste-management with complete attention to protecting our environment. We make 10.000 PILLOW outdoor pillows monthly. We're constantly expanding our capacity to satisfy the needs of our customers as best as we can.
